Where are KILAU SWIM bikinis manufactured?

KILAU SWIM is ethically manufactured by a small team of artisans in Bali, Indonesia.
Can I find KILAU SWIM in a physical store?

KILAU SWIM is currently also available offline at selected stores in Bali and Lombok (Indonesia), click here to check out our stockists.
What currency will I be charged in?

All orders on kilauswim.com are processed in US Dollars (USD). You will be charged in USD, and depending on your account, the amount will be converted to your local currency on your bank statement.
Which payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept payments via PayPal, credit card, debit card, or direct bank transfer — all processed securely through PayPal. At checkout, you will be redirected to PayPal, where you can choose to log in to your PayPal account or pay directly with your bank account or debit/credit card without a PayPal account.
What is the best way to contact you?

Where do you ship from?

Currently, all orders are shipped from Bali, Indonesia.
What shipping methods do you offer?

Orders within Bali – GoSend (same-day delivery) Domestic Orders (Indonesia) – Lion Parcel (2–3 business days) International Orders – FedEx (3–7 business days)
What are the shipping costs for my order?

We offer free shipping on all orders within Indonesia (our warehouse is in Bali, Indonesia). For international orders, enjoy free worldwide shipping when you purchase two or more items. For single-item orders, a flat shipping fee of $14.99 USD will apply.
Are there countries you don’t ship to?

Do I have to pay import duty/tax on top of my order?

Orders within Indonesia are not subject to import duties or taxes. International orders will need to pass customs clearance processes and may be subject to duties and taxes. KILAU SWIM is not responsible for any customs charges or local taxes on international shipments. Each country sets its own threshold below which an international shipment can enter the country without being subject to import duties or taxes. Australia Shipments valued under $1000 AUD are generally exempt from duties and taxes. United States Shipments valued under $800 USD are generally exempt from duties and taxes. Please familiarize yourself with your country’s regulations as payment of duties and taxes may be necessary to receive your shipment. If a shipment is returned to us due to recipient’s refusal to pay the duties or taxes imposed by customs, any refund requests are subject to careful evaluation, and any already incurred costs may be deducted from the refund value (e.g., shipping costs, import taxes to Indonesia, production expenses if the package cannot be retrieved from customs).
What is your return policy?

We accept returns for products purchased from kilauswim.com, provided they are in new condition, with tags and liners intact, and in their original packaging, for a store credit equivalent to the purchase price. Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable. You have 14 days from the delivery date to exchange items for a store credit. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Once your returned items have been delivered to and inspected by us, you will receive your store credit notification from us via email. Please email us at info@kilauswim.com with your order number to initiate the return process.
What is your exchange policy?

We accept exchanges for products purchased from kilauswim.com, provided they are in new condition, with tags and liners intact, and in their original packaging. Items can be exchanged for different colors or sizes but must remain within the same style (e.g., a MIRA top in size S can be exchanged for a MIRA top in size XS). You have 14 days from the delivery date to exchange items. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. If you wish to exchange an item twice, additional costs may apply for the second exchange (e.g., shipping fees and import taxes to Indonesia).
